✨ What You’ll Do:
As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll support essential functions across multiple teams with tasks like:
Coordinating incoming sales inquiries and estimates
Administering and maintaining our CRM system (configuration, data upkeep, training, reports)
Planning and executing marketing campaigns and special projects
Organizing trade show logistics and exhibitor coordination
Supporting industry certification processes (CMMC compliance)
Sharing front desk reception duties while staying on top of core responsibilities
🔧 What You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Familiarity with email marketing, social media tools, and basic web CMS
Design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva) are a plus!
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
A team player mindset with a professional, customer-friendly demeanor
🎓 Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
2+ years in a marketing/sales support role
Experience with CRM platforms, campaign coordination, and event/trade show planning
Manufacturing industry experience and design skills are bonuses
